The Oregon Trail and a Poem

Well, I must admit I am disappointed. Today, our class - from Washington - drived to Oregon to go to the End of the Oregon Trail Museum. (First went to Fort Vancouver by the borderline.) We only stayed there a short while before we had to pile on the bus and get "on the road again". Except this time I could wait to get on the road. It took more than three hours to get back to school. One of the worst parts is that I actually woke up at 5:00! Q: What is wrong with me. A: A lot of things. I have "issues". Enough about my issues; let's get to the poem. Right now I am reading a book called My Name is Chloe, which was written by Melody Carlson. In her book, Chloe likes to write poems, songs, and music. Here is one of her poems:

FALLING
Tumbling, bumbling, stumbling down
Falling , sprawling on the ground
Elusive and intursive things
Fragile as butterfly wings
Daisy petals one by one
Scattered in the summer sun
Does he love me, love me not
Is he burning, is he hot
Can I, am I willing, able
Lay my card upon the table
Will it be the queen of hearts
The place where all the hurting starts.
